The service pack does not install automatically. You should install it only if you need one of the modifications described in the modification history.

Installation of the Service Pack

 

•Click here to download the Update
•Copy the file "cdcupdate241.exe" to the installation folder of  CTI Data Connector Enterprise Edition
•Start the file "cdcupdate241.exe" on every workstation with an existing installation of CTI Data Connector Enterprise Edition

 

The service pack requires a valid version of release 2.4 to install.
