The update is free, if version 3 was bought after October, 15th 2013 or you have a valid update subscription which expires after November 15th 2013.
The update requires a full new installation and a new Serial Number. You will automatically get a Serial Number. In case you don't get one, contact Support@mirage-systems.de.
If you are using a bespoke integration for your database (e.g. for caller identification) or an integration in external applications like a CRM or ERP system, contact your vendor if an update of this system is required.

•Uninstall version 3 (Control Panel, Programs and Features)
•Proceed with the steps explained here: Single User installation.
•Activate the product with a new Serial Number
•In case caller identification with an external database is used, all SQL Statements have to be transferred from the old version to the new version
•In case Outlook is used, the MS-Outlook contact folder has to be selected
•Configure the Internet phone book search
Version 3 and version 4 can be used at the same time. This allows you to make the transition for the workstations gradually.

•Install one Client / Workstation and activate the product with a new Serial Number
•Uninstall version 3 on the user machine (Control Panel, Programs and Features)
•Install additional clients / workstations
•In case caller identification with an external database is used, all SQL Statements have to be transferred from the old version to the new version
