This entry is used in combination with AllowReactivation. For details see - How do I allow to make a reinstallation on the same machine?

 

The value is at default set to yes. It then does not include those types of installation codes that can not be used in a network environment, e.g. NetBIOS-Name. This installation code is ignored on comparing the hardware Ids in combination with MinIdenticalInstcodes.
