License File and Activation Keys

•The LicprotectorEasyGo4.0.DLL can read all Activation Keys from older versions and all license files from older versions.

 

If a license file is opened, it is automatically converted into the latest file format for version 4.0 and it can not be opened again with and older DLL.

 

•A version 2.5.x DLL can read an Activation Key, which was made with Licence Generator version 4.0

•A version 2.5.x DLL cannot open a license file, which was made with Licence Generator version 4.0

 

Activation Server 4

 

•The Activation Server 4  4.1 can accept Transactions from older DLL versions

•The Activation Server 4  2.4.x and 2.5.1 can accept Transactions from 4.0 but the new features (e.g. installation codes) from this version are not supported

 

If you use the Hosting Server, then the files are automatically updated. Never install the update manually.
