License is locked

In case the license was locked (either because of a license transfer or because of a manual license revoke on the Activation Server 4), the user has 3 options
| • | Free a license by making a license transfer on another computer (only possible if the license was locked because a license transfer was made on this computer) |
| • | Try to activate again with the same Serial Number. This would only work if the license lock is removed on the Activation Server 4 |
| • | Activate with a new Serial Number |
