How to lock a licence?

A licence can be locked only when

•	Ongoing verifications is used or

•	The activation has not been done

You can lock the licence within the View and Modify Tab, Activations or Web Service Requests.

Ongoing Verifications is used

With ongoing verifications in use, the licence is validated every x days (see also CheckLicenceDays). The next check will detect that the licence is locked and lock the licence on the local machine / server.

The Activation has not been done

If the activation has not been done, then you can add the activation manually and lock it - see Tools, Add an Activation Entry.
