Install the ASP.NET facility inside the IIS. Do this by executing
Aspnet_regiis.exe –i from the command prompt. This utility can be found inside the Windows folder in the .NET 1.1 subdirectory:
If you work with the .NET framework 2 then the folder would be c:\windows\mircrosoft.net\framework\2.0.x where is is a subreleasenumber like 50727.
