If you get an error check:
| • | Check if the system has write access to the directories. After the TestConfiguration you should be able to find the log-file lpws.log in the directory ..\logs. If not, necessary rights are missing - check rights |
| • | If you have a log file search for detail error in the log file |
| • | If you get a database error check if the user has read and write access and if all parameters, including the name of the database server, are correct - see settings in the web.config file |
| • | If you get the error Do you want to open or save this file? lpws.asmx - unknown file type then reinstall ASP.NET. |
| • | Try to start the Administration Interface. If you get just the start screen but fields are missing check your database settings in the web.config file |
| • | If you get an error and the Administration Interface does not start check if the web service is running and |
