Reports and Dashboards to analyze phone calls

Incomplete Calls TAB added in CTI Data Connector SoftPhone to list up to 100 calls where mandatory information like call-result or phone note is missing. Activate Feature (only Lightning and Service Cloud console)

Set presence state to On a call while the call is active ***

Option to not send the presence state but activate the presence state for time tracking ***

Lightning

Status of the call is signaled in the utility bar with an icon. If presence state is configured, the presence state is now displayed in the utility bar

In the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone header the call status is signaled with an icon

If a call is missed, it is visible with a missed call icon in the utility bar and in the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone header

If an assigned record is removed from the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone manually the task was still assigned to that record
